Health and Wellbeing and Working from Home

Good health is about the mind as well as the body – feeling physically fit, and feeling good about ourselves, means that we can go and achieve more of the things we want to do in life. All of this is more important now more of us are working from home. The seminar will offer tips and advice on this increasingly more important topic.
